Paste a DOI and BioNodulo reads the methods, then suggests an editable pipeline scaffold you open in the editor and refine. A starting point you can take apart, not a sealed result.
REST API
Planned endpoints will cover workflow management, run creation, status lookup, and artifact access once the public API is stabilized.
Lifecycle webhooks
Queued, running, completed, and failed events should be delivered through webhooks so pipelines can react as work moves through the queue. Delivery is still incomplete.
Batch & CI integration
Batch, scheduler, and CI integrations are target use cases for the public API. Treat them as product direction, not current guarantees.
