Run on cloud
Local canvas. Cloud muscle.
The SkyPilot-backed cloud path is in beta. Submit the same workflow representation from the canvas, choose a resource profile, and follow its status while launch canaries and production operations are finalized.
Managed execution
Built for bioinformatics, not DevOps.
The beta path is implemented and boundary-tested. A real disposable canary and production configuration are still required before general availability.
Resource profiles
Right-size each run, from small jobs to large-memory analysis. Enterprise deployments can be planned up to 4 TB RAM where AWS capacity and workload requirements support it.
Pay with credits
Credits are consumed by cloud execution runtime — no idle cluster to pay for. Each run is tied to the resource profile you selected.
Live logs
Stream a run's output as it executes, so you can watch progress and catch failures in real time without SSHing into anything.
Concurrent execution
Higher tiers run multiple jobs in parallel with priority queueing, so production work jumps the line ahead of exploratory runs.
Cost-conscious scheduling
Where appropriate, workloads can use lower-cost cloud capacity. Exact savings depend on region, instance availability, and interruption tolerance.
Live collaboration
Real-time multiplayer editing is shipped on the desktop path and is rolling out to the cloud editor — co-edit a graph with presence cursors and comment pins.
Cloud execution, clearly labeled beta.
Build locally today. Managed execution will move to general availability only after its staging canary, failure paths, and teardown checks pass.
